Mission Valley Super Oval and SRL Form Partnership for 2025
Polson, MT – Mission Valley Super Oval (MVSO) is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the SRL for the 2025 season. The SRL will be aligned with the Montana Big 5 Super Late Model Series presented by VanDoorn Racing Development, including the July 11-12 Montana 200. In addition to the $10,000 to Win Montana 200, the other four events include Big Sky Kubota 100 (June 7), Racing Dynamics Twin 50’s (June 21), Sorensen Transport Wildfire 125 (August 16) and the final race, the Championship Night 100 (September 6).
"When we looked back at the 2024 season we were really excited by the support the racing community showed us. We knew we had a tremendous opportunity to continue the growth of the Montana Big 5 Super Series. We also knew we needed some help to take that next step as a series and track." said MVSO Promoter Tony Undem. "When we started talking with Larry, Travis (Sharpe, Montana Big 5 Series Director) & I immediately recognized the value a partnership that his series would be to our track as we look to further improve our facility and the show we put on for the fans."
All Montana Big 5 Super Late Model Series events will run under the 2025 Big 5 Rule Book with technical support from the SRL management staff and officials. In addition to the technical support, the SRL will work with MVSO on event sponsorship and contingency sponsors for each of the Big 5 events. New for 2025, American Racer will be the “Official Tire of the Montana Big 5 Super Late Model Series” events.
"We’ve been admiring the success of Mission Valley Super Oval, and the race programs they have in place,” stated the SRL’s Director, Larry Collins. “We started communicating with Tony and Travis, sharing ideas which then led to us visiting the track this fall. From that point we continued to look for ways that we could work together, and now the SRL will be associated with Mission Valley’s Big 5 Series. We look forward to working with the staff and the race teams to collectively make the Big 5 Series the best it can be for everyone involved.”
The 2025 season for Mission Valley Super Oval kicks off on May 17th and is the first of twelve events on the year
